Second class and Marlon's quests
Sevina's quests for the second class and Marlon's quests for extra points and the Blade Knight combo.
Dark Wizard, Dark Knight and Fairy Elf have four quests. The Magic Gladiator and the Dark Lord don't do quests. Priest Sevina gives the first two and Marlon the last two.
Each quest item drops from monsters of a certain level while the quest is active, with a 2% chance per monster. The item only drops if you're not in a party. They aren't sold in shops.
Sevina: the second class
Priest Sevina is in Devias (183, 32).

The second class is Soul Master (Dark Wizard), Blade Knight (Dark Knight) or Muse Elf (Fairy Elf). It unlocks items and skills that only the second class can use (marked with ² in the tables).
Marlon: extra points and combo
Marlon moves every 15 minutes between four spots: Devias (198, 47), Lorencia (137, 87), Noria (169, 89) and Atlans (17, 25).

- When you finish quest 3 you get, all at once, the points for the levels you already have above 220, and from then on +1 for every level. Since quests aren't lost on reset, you earn those points again on every run from 220 to 400.
- The combo is done by chaining Blade Knight weapon skills, and it adds extra damage based on Strength, Agility and Energy. Without quest 4 there's no combo.
