What monsters drop, the server's special drops and what each box contains in 99B Forever.
What each monster drops
In 99B Forever every monster drops what matches its level, just like in the original 99B:
- Common items: weapons, armor and shields whose drop level is up to 15 levels below the monster's level. The item comes with a level (+0, +1…) that depends on the gap, and sometimes with skill, luck or option.
- Potions for its level range.
- Jewel of Chaos: only from level 13 to 66 monsters.
- Specials: jewels, pets, rings and pendants, with a lower chance.
- Zen: if the monster didn't drop an item, it may drop zen.
The chance of something dropping is 25, the same for free and VIP accounts. Monster levels are in Monsters and each item's drop level is in the Items tables (the "Level" column).
Excellent items
Any monster can drop an excellent item, roughly 1 every 1,928 kills. Its level is close to the monster's level minus 25, at +0, with skill and 1 or 2 excellent options. See Item options.

Scroll of Archangel and Blood Bone
The ingredients for the Blood Castle Invisibility Cloak drop from any monster outside Blood Castle: a 0.65% chance of a Scroll of Archangel and 0.65% of a Blood Bone on every kill. The ingredient's level depends on the monster's level:

Quest items
Sevina's and Marlon's quest items drop from monsters while the quest is active (see Second class and quests). They aren't sold in shops.

Box of Luck
Dropped by the Golden Budge Dragon (there are always some in Lorencia, Devias and Noria).
Box of Kundun +1 to +5
Dropped by the golden monsters of the invasions: Golden Goblin (+1), Golden Titan (+2), Golden Dragon (+3), Golden Lizard King (+4) and Golden Tantallos (+5). They give excellent items; the higher the box, the better the items.
